Comfort Food Wednesdays
Louis’ version of comfort food includes culinary delights such as Boeuf Bourguignon braised in red wine, Coq au vin, a chicken stew in a white wine sauce and, from his home province of Quebec, Tortiere a delicious meat pie served with green tomato ketchup. Starting on Wednesday September 26 and continuing through October and into November these comforting lunch specials will be featured every Wednesday in the Louis Gervais Fine Foods Bistro.
