“Last year we decided to add a spousal component to our conference. We thought that a cooking class at Louis Gervais would be a great way for everyone to get to know each other and have some fun.
Louis was outstanding! He made all the ladies feel welcome and ensured everyone was taken care of. One of the ladies brought her 7 year old son to one of the cooking classes. At the end of the class, Louis gave the boy a child’s size chef‘s jacket and butcher’s apron to take home. The little boy and his Mom were just thrilled! Everyone had a wonderful experience!
